Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking
⏰ Payment & Fees
• Preferred payment is CASH, ZELLE, or APPLE PAY ($3 processing fee)
• In the event of a declined payment, a 50% service fee will be charged and future bookings will be blocked.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Without this, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
💆 Lash Fills
• Fills must be returned within 21 days (3 weeks) of your full set, with 40–50% lash retention minimum.
🔁 Booking Changes
• If you booked a fill but want a full set, please contact me before your appointment so we can adjust time or reschedule.
🌟 After-Hours & Holidays
• Appointments booked outside of regular studio hours or on holidays carry a $35 upcharge.
🚫 No-Show / Card Decline
• A no-show or declined card results in a 50% service charge and removal from my booking site.
💄 Arrival Requirements
• Please arrive with a clean face and lashes to ensure the best results.
💳 Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total and is forfeited with late cancellations or no-shows.
📸 Content & Consent
I may record or take photos of your service for marketing purposes (with your consent). Please let me know if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
